Ok, Called MS today to try and get Vero Beach at the 7 mth window for summer trip, after finishing reservation I had my wife tell the CM that she would like to "add" me to both spring break and summer trip reservations so that I could check in with out her if need be. The CM responded "Why would you need to do that? You are already listed in the reservation system because you are an owner of the contract you used to make these reservations.". I proceeded to tell her about what the CM at OKW had said to me and she said "nonsense". She proceeded to say what I had already believed to be true "Anyone listed on the Member Number used to make a reservation is automatically listed on the created vacation, if you were to create a reservation for a "guest(s)" then you would need to provide the name, address, party size, and phone number to complete the reservation" I asked her to define the word "guest" and she repeated, "anyone other than those listed on the member number used to create a reservation. I am awaiting a letter from customer service about this subject and for now she "added" me just for my peace of mind.
