Just for fun, who is using the oldest editing software?

I am not too old, using PhotoShop CS2. But I still have my Elements 2.0 book and disk. and Mr. Lynch's Hidden elements addition to it. From maybe... 5 or 6 years ago, I'm not too sure on that.

No disrespect to older programs, I only upgraded because I found a deal I could not pass up.

So how old is your favorite photo editing program? Panoramic and noise programs (etc) also included.

You mock the PSE 2! :rolleyes1 Actually, I rushed out to buy version 6 when it came out, because I was so hooked on Elements 2 (bought on ebay or something). Well, my life has been a whirlwind for a while now, and the version 6 lies in the packaging somewhere on the computer desk. Version 7 is now out (are there more).... and yet, all that is on my computer is little old version 2. So, that's what I use! A new camera soon though, will certainly merit an upgrade. And hey - I already spent the money, so it's "Free"! :thumbsup2

I still have Photoshop 3.0 on a CD. I don't have anything that will actually run it, but I have it.

I do have a Macintosh Plus on a shelf in the living room -- I just keep it as an antique! It's too old to run Photoshop 3.0!

Paint Shop Pro 5 circa 1997/1998 I believe...

I use Photoshop Elements 3(FIL gave it to me) and Paint Shop Photo Album 5(which is my default program right now) that came with my laptop. I am not big on editting photos. A crop here and there and a blemish tool use once in a while. Other than that what you see is what you get.

I have Microsoft Picture It! 2001 that I still use on occasion. I have PSE 6.0, too, but some things just work better in Picture It!

I just threw that away the other day, not having used it in years. I have Capture NX 1.x, Lightroom 1.x and PSE 4.0. Lately I've just been using Capture.

I still use Picture It. :goodvibes I have Elements, Corel and a bunch of others that I never use. I don't have any noise programs anymore. Had Ninja but didn't like it. Lightroom or Capture are on my Xmas list.

I also have picture it 2001 and use it all the time. I wish they would come out with something that is just as easy. I dont understand all the rest of the programs out there. I wish they still made the Picture it. I love it.

I love Picture It! I only stopped using it last summer when I got my Mac. There are lots of things about it that I miss, but I gave the computer with it on there to my Grandparents, so I can pop over there to use it if needed.
