The new May hours prompted me to make 4 calls to Disney Dining today trying to make adjustments. The only place we ended up dropping entirely was Nine Dragons. We were interested in trying the new all you can eat lunch but no one wanted to give up San Angel which is a tradition for us. I'll post a report when we return. Thanks for talking me into trying Hoop Dee Doo (I think)! I'll let you know if we get cold feet about spending $300 on that one meal!

Oh Belle --
I am jealous!! Your trip sounds fun and I'd like to eat at every place you listed!
DH and I both loved HoopDeeDoo!! It was just such a fun evening that we still talk about it (and that was several years ago on our honeymoon).

Have a wonderful trip!
JenC (who is sitting here green with envy! LOL)

I did the Taste of China for lunch last May and almost had to be rolled out of the place! It was our first time at Nine Dragons - went on the recommendation of a CM at the AP lounge in The Land and we loved it. DR had the MaPa Tofu and still talks about how great it was. Thats the one place I really want to go back to this May (except for our annual anniversary dinner at Artist Point)

We recently had breakfast at Spoodles and were completely non-impressed. The food was mediocre and the service was horrible. The place was practically empty and it took 20 minutes just to place our drink order. It was really pretty horrible. I do love Spoodles dinner though. Hopefully breakfast was just a bad day. Their pizza is pretty decent from the takeout window. I'm curious about the calzones.

Have had Kona for lunch - similar menu to dinner and thought it was excellent.

Sounds great, enjoy! I'm sure you will enjoy Hoop Dee Doo, it's our favorite dinner show!

I loved HDDR. Also Konas for dinner is good and they still do the smoothies at dinner too, just in case you like them.

Your restaurant plan sounds neat - we're doing the Nine Dragons I'll let you know how we get on with it.

Always exciting trying new places!! Will be interested in what you think of Kona and Shutters--two spots we've not tried for dinner.

Of your new choices, I have only had dinner at Kona. It is OUTSTANDING! I particularly recommend the Pan Asian pasta, it's delicious! Be sure to save room for dessert. :)
