"Just desserts" at TS restaurants

I apologize if this has been addressed before, but I was just wondering if you could just order desserts from the menus at TS restaurants (not buffets of coarse). There are so many I want to try but really wouldn't be able to eat all those meals.

I don't speak from previous Disney experience, but I would think that it would be appropriate to sit at the bar if you just wanted dessert.
