Have any Canadians been granted a "wish" which at WDW? We're going in January, and while a lifetime DVC membership would be sweet, I'd be pretty happy with a free ice-cream bar!

We were just there from Oct 7 to 14th and again from Oct 20 to 22nd and nothing for us - we even stayed on-site for the last few days and Disney knew it was our anniversary.

It's all VERY random. We had a few "wish" CMs approach us (they're all dressed in white with satchels and talk with us and hand out stickers. I'm sure if the CM could have "given" something away they would have but I'm sure it's timed.

We were lucky enough to get someone elses "Dream FASTPASS". My DD5 and I were in line at AK for Trisaratops Spins. I commented to a man about his "Dream FASTPASS" that he had on his neck. I said congratulations. He then asked me if I wanted it?! Of course I said no but he went on to explain they hadn't used it and they were leaving. He gave me his from around his neck then pulled another one out of his bag. I was floored. A little bit of pixie dust I thought. Then he asked if there were more of us. I said yes my DH and my other DD. He said follow me after the ride and I'll give you 2 more. After the ride he found me!!! He then brought me to his Mother and Father and got them to give us their FASTPASSES.

We were able to go back and do some of the big rides again that we had already done (EE, Dinosaur) and then walk on to Safari and River Rapids!!! It was wonderful.

At MGM after we rode ToT a bellhop asked us if we enjoyed the ride. It's my DD5's favourite so it was an enthusiastic yes. She asked us if we'd like to ride again. We went up in a "new" elevator and were led onto the waiting platform to ride again, bypassing the line. She asked us our family name and after we rode she presented us with a "magical moments" document. (I think they do this randomly at the parks anyway and is not technically part of YOAMD).

We just flew back last night after spending 3 weeks in Florida.We were in Magic Kingdom last week and we were heading to find a spot for the parade when a cast member approached us and asked DH and I if we were trying to find a spot for the parade and we said yes....she then asked us if we'd like to sit in the VIP section and we sure said yes to that! We ended up sitting down in a front row section of benches and had the perfect view of the parade! I was really pleased and it made our day extra special.My cousin had given us Disney dollars and a Happy Anniversary button to wear(the Cast Member gave it to her ) the day before (we were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary!)

We had a great anniversary!

That's awesome Sammi, Congrats on your Anniversary!

When we were down in August to celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we got a call from Mickey wishing us well, also a card signed by he and Minnie with a balloon tied to it!
