Just curious...How high up are you when on Soarin?

I know what sources have stated, but I'm relatively certain A goes to 50', B goes to 35', and C goes to 20'.

Sort of related, we rode a bunch of times this week in Im pretty sure all 3 concourses. Why is the third row not being used right now?

I admit I get a little nervous when it first starts and the chairs lift up and out but after you start going places, I pretty much get absorbed into it and don’t think about it after that.

If you are afraid of heights, your fear is going to kick in as a result of the film, not as much as a result of how high your chair actually is from the floor. The illusion of MUCH more than 50 or 80 feet above the ground is very very real, so keep that in mind. You really do feel as if you are hang-gliding, or flying. The actual number of feet from the floor after the ride begins is irrelevant, IMO.
