I have 90 points from my 2021 to 2022 uy which is aug---so if I have this right I need to bank

these points by end of march--but my 11 month window opens sat the 25

so again if I have this right I need to bank the 90 points before I can make the booking for jan

is this all I need to do--Im out of pratice since we havent been since Jan of 2020

Yes, that is correct if you want to use your August 2021 points for January 2023: bank your August 2021 points before making your 11 month reservation.
