Just checked online and all ressies gone but 2!!

I am hold with WDW but all my ressies are gone off my account except for 2, I did not have double bookings so that is not the problem. I have not looked since the system updated. Even when I manually put in the number, still it pulls up nothing!!!!

We were there last night (at Wilderness Lodge) and there was a note under our door that the restaurant reservation system was going to be unavailable over the next couple days (sorry, I didn't pay attention to the exact details because we were checking out). So While I realize it might be stressful, I would wait until Wednesday AM to check again.
The notice said, even if you were staying a resort you had to make all dinner reservations by I think the 17th.

Yes thanks... I called they do have the ressies there, under going some enhancements and was asked to check our account on Wednesday afternoon. I feel better knowing at least they have them even though I cannot view them.

I'm missing half of mine. I called yesterday and was told that if I have ressies with confirmation #s, they are set in cement even if they aren't showing up! For me, it's the whole love/hate thing with the computers! Hope your ressies show up soon, just for peace of mind!

I had the same thing happen. They said it has to do with the system maintenance that was done last week. I read off several of our ressies and they are in the system, we just can't pull them up at home. She did not know when they would reappear.

so far, everyone that has called has found their ressies are still in place. There's a big thread going about this already (on the dining reservations page) It's been happening since they shut down for an upgrade on 10/14. Here's the link to the other thread...
