thanks everyone!! Going to exercise 5 days a week now. Each day I do something different:
1 day circuit training
1 day 30 minutes on the treadmill
1 day beginner step class
1 day beginner kardio kick
1 day 20 minutes circuit training and 10 minutes treadmill.
The new place that I go to is wonderful- they offer quite the variety of things to do so no one becomes bored or too routine. This is place is like Curves but so more intense. The owners are awesome- two ladies who encourage you to do great!!
