Just changed from WL to Poly Concierge

I can't believe I just did that! I am so excited! All of a sudden, the money didn't matter anymore and I made the change because I wanted to!! OMG! I'll keep it a secret until we get there in June!

My FIL just got diagnosed with reacurrence of his cancer - bad. We almost canceled the trip altogether. That's why I decided to go for it. we may not get to go on another vacation for quite a while. My DH is the oldest son, so... Lots of tears and anguish can be expelled for a few magical days!! PTL

Congrats!!! Welcome to the world of the Poly. The same thing happened to me, money is no object this trip. We have stayed at a few of the deluxes before but never concierge. I blame this board because there's so much talk about concierge services, I had to give it a try.

Sorry to hear about your FIL, will keep him and you in my prayers.

Have you checked out the thread "Bitten by the Concierge Bug" yet? If not, check it out. Lots of good info there.

Yes, I've been on the 'bug' thread. Almost changed our standard WL room to concierge, even got a quote, but didn't seem worth it at the time. Now everything has changed. I wanted the Poly and I read that site(? don't remember, but a disser has it) and was absolutely enthralled with it! Now, Poly here we come
June 6 through 11th.

What shouldn't we miss at the poly? DD's are 5 & 7.

You will love the Poly Concierge. We were there 2 years ago and loved it. This year we did CR Tower Club and YC Concierge. Both were good (YC Concierge was great), but our hearts are at the Poly from now on. The atmosphere and location are fabulous.

I have not had the chance to enjoy the Wilderness Lodge concierge but I have enjoyed the Polynesian concierge service and it is top notch.. They took care of every need we had and then some. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They can help make your vacation a GREAT experience!
