Hello everyone! This is my first post in the scrapbook section, hard to believe I never knew it was here!
Our next trip will be in May but I've already been stocking up on a lot of papers, stickers, and other embellishments for my next Disney scrapbook. My first Disney scrapbook was my first scrapbook ever and I want my next one to be totally different from that one. I've learned some new techniques since then & found out a lot of new stuff too.
What I'm wondering is if anyone can give me any layout ideas now, ahead of time, so that I can start the scrapbook now and after the trip I can just add pictures. I know there will be a lot of things to add later, for pages that I can't really do ahead of time, I'm just looking for something to start with since I am so impatient and May can't get here soon enough! :hyper:
I've read thru some posts and looked at some other sites (the ones that actually worked, a lot of links were invalid) but nothing's really "clicked" for me just yet... :confused3

 check out the sticky at the top of the page for great links and pics and ideas :teeth:

also if you are on twopeas you can search for Disney or Disney themes.

(thanks to all on this board for making me more knowledgeable!!!)

And Welcome to the CCS Board!!!!

Personally, I would find it difficult to create pages without having the photos already. But you could start looking for "ideas" as tubachick suggested. And I suppose you could start to make page elements like borders, tags, titles. And maybe you could create an opening page and pocket pages (for your paper souvenirs such as tickets, park maps, etc.) But I totally understand your excitement.

What about creating a fun, original, handmade autograph book? That would start your creative Disney scrapping juices flowing! Someone had a BEAUTIFUL one posted here a week or so ago. Do a search. Then maybe you could add the autograph pages to your bigger scrapbook when you return? Just an idea. Good luck and have a WONDERFUL trip!........................P

Welcome and I also recommend the autograph book. Not only will it help you get your disney scrappin' fix, but the face charectors all commented on mine and loved it. Another thing I did to pass the time was take a small 3 x 3 album and make an itenariry book with our hotel reservation #'s, airline info, phone numbers, dinner and tour reservations. I seperated it by day and had everything in my bag in a cute little disney mini scrapbook at the tips of my fingers. I used all scraps and left over stickers from previous disney trips, so the only thing I had in it was the book, which I picked up for $.97 at Wal-Mart. Now that I did that I loved it and don't think I can do another trip without one, which means I've got to get to work now (see my ticker) !
