Just Can't Stay Away!! September Trip to WDW

Well- We can't seem to stay away! We have another Disney trip planned and I couldn't be more excited! The last time Michael and I were in Disney was well over a year ago and I am having some serious Disney withdrawals!! The last time we went it was for a 10 day trip in January of 2011... I completed a full report after I got back and I am hoping to do it again for this trip!! :

But first: The Players!

My name is Laura and I am a nurse in western CT. I am 24-years-old and I LOVE all things Disney. My favorite characters are Chip and Dale- Cannot wait to see them again!! My favorite park is Magic Kingdom and my favorite ride is "Rockin Roller Coaster"

My boyfriend's name is Michael and I converted him to a Disney fanatic! He gets just excited about all things Disney as I do- which is amazing because I can get pretty excited! His favorite character is Tigger- and has been since he was a child. His favorite park is Magic Kingdom too ... and his favorite ride is Rockin Roller Coaster too.... (You see why we get along so well!)

This is us:

We are going back to the Caribbean Beach Resort this trip. Our first trip in Summer of 2009 we stayed there and LOVED it. We had originally booked a water-front room but we ended up in a pirate themed room- and decided to keep it!! Our last trip we stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and while our experience wasn't bad it wasn't as good as CBR. We will be staying from September 6th to the 16th- I can't wait!!

I am notorious for changing our ADRs as I read through the DisBoards.. So here's hoping at least some of them stick this time!!!

As it stands right now we have the following ADRs :

September 6th: Tony's Town Square Pizza @ 7:05pm- We arrive to WDW around noon that day and want to spend our first night in MK on Main Street. This has always been one of our favorite restaurants and I am hoping the time I picked will put us out on Main Street just in time for the parade and fireworks!
September 7th: Teppan Edo @ 7:10pm- We want a 1-credit reservation in Epcot for dinner but don't know much about the restaurants in the park. We have tried Le Cellier before but they changed the DDP to make it 2 credits and we had wanted to try France but again... 2 dining credits. We both like sushi and hibatichi-style food so we figured we would try it. After reading what some of my fellow Dis-ers have to say... we may be changing our minds soon...
September 8th: Captain's Grille @8pm- We have never been here and we like seafood... figured we could try it!
September 9th: California Grill @ 7:30pm- We ate here last time we were at Disney and it was the single best night of my life!! I loved everything about the experience. I tried to time it for coincide with fireworks again- fingers crossed!!
September 10th: Mama Melrose @ 6:35pm- I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. We have had one good experience and one awful experience. We are in Hollywood Studios this day and want to stay in park... We HATE SciFi so that option is out... Michael loves Mama Melrose so the reservation stands for now...
September 11th: Turf Club Bar and Grill @ 8:10pm- This is the restaurant where Michael's favorite meal of ALL TIME took place. He loves the buffalo chicken dip and the burger...
September 12th: Tutto Italia @ 7:30pm- We heard it was recently renovated and we like Italian food. Haven't heard reviews one way or the other yet... thoughts?
September 13th: Le Cellier @ 2:35pm- We Went for dinner last time knowing that the DDP would soon be making dinners a 2 credit meal. While the food was excellent we didn't think it was worth 2 credits so we will go for lunch instead!
September 14th: Grand Floridian Cafe @ 8pm- This is a new restaurant for us. Looking forward to trying it because we have heard some good things.
September 15th: Fulton's Crab House @ 8pm- Love it! this may be our new tradition- the last trip we ate here on our last night and Michael ate the best crab claws ever. (We will be paying OOP for this one because we have used up all of our credits at this point..)

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know what you think!! I am forever willing to change ADRs if you have any thoughts!!

Just got some seriously fantastic news. I have been counting down the days until my Disney Trip with Michael in September but... I can't wait that long! So- I have a trip to FL planned with a few of my girlfriends at the end of June and I convinced them to spend a day with Mickey!! My best friend has NEVER been to Disney and because I think that is just unacceptable I will be taking care of that soon!! So excited to show her what Disney is all about!!

So now we will fly into Orlando, spend the night off Disney property (boo!) : then spend the next day in MK. From there we will drive down to Tampa and spend the rest of the vacation in my parent's condo as orginally planned! Cannot wait to see the mouse!!

We are still ironing out the details- dates, flights, and hotel plans but welcome suggestions on how to cram in a full day at the park. I usually take an extended Disney trip and take my time exploring the parks.. won't be used to this short but sweet day of Disney magic!

34 Days until our 3rd Trip to Disney!! Getting so excited. I haven't spent too much time on the countdown because I have had so much going on lately but now that it's finally getting closer I am getting so excited!!!

We leave September 6 and will be gone for 10 whole days- I cannot wait. I recently went with my girlfriends for two days and there just wasn't enough time to do all the things I love... Cannot wait for this long trip to enjoy it all!!

I am looking for anyone who has been to Disney very recently and knows the latest and greatest.. specifically about meals. Michael and I enjoy the rides but our greatest pleasure while visiting Disney comes from the quiet time we share over a good meal... We have several reservations but I am willing to change them if needed... any thoughts? Let me know!

I think your ADRs look great! You two are so cute together! SO jealous of your 10 day trip. Can't wait to read more about your plans.

The trip with my girls worked out exactly how they envisioned it.. I just found myself repeatedly saying, "Whatever you want to do- this is YOUR Disney trip." ... They didn't want to make any plans for have any ADRs... Which is so not how I operate!!! We ran around the worlds and had a good time but I much prefer a relaxed approach to Disney...

Only 7 days away!! Getting so excited.. We added another ADR on the day we are having lunch at Epcot.. Decided a dinner at Le Chefs de France was worth paying OOP.. So we will have a late night dinner there!

Can't believe it's only a week away!!
