all this anti WL threads were keeping me up at night. and we kinda are monorail geeks, and to walk to MK sounded great. never stayed at CR, got a garden wing AP rate for $214. so now, let me find that CR thread...

That's too bad you cancelled...we just came back from a week at WL and loved it! I would go back again in a heartbeat! People can have a bad experience anywhere they stay! I am sure CR is great also!

I know, I was really having funny thoughts about not being on the monorail, and the idea of walking to/from MK was a big hit with my DH, since we spend so much time there. I think we are going to do WL in our possible Jan. trip!

Yes...the negatives get a bit old! It is easy to get caught up in it, but everyone is different so we went with our gut feeling and figure everything deserves a chance! We rode the monorail to the polynesian for dinner and loved that also! We definately would stay at one of the MK resorts because, like you, we spent so much time there with the kids being little! Have fun - sometimes a positive attitude is all that is needed!
