Just came back from Windsor Hills 3bed2bath pool side $75 per night...

Just came back from 8 nights in building 8, right in front of the pool, clean 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo on the 3rd floor. The unit faces the parking side not the pool but it was the same distance to walk to the pool regardless if you are pool front or not. If you want the name of the owner PM me. The rate was $75 plus state tax only. No cleaning fee or other hidden fees. New furniture and flooring....

Plus I am glad it was not pool view side since the pool is very busy dawn to dark which would mean noise...

We've stayed in building 8, on the second floor, with the pool view.

Noise from the pool was never an issue. However, we paid $100/nite in 2010 and $105/nite in 2011.

$75/nite is a great price. Paying extra for a pool view is really not necessary, but being in building 8 is a BIG plus. Building 7 would be just as good.
