I've scoured the Bargain Boards...

I've "searched" threads...

And I'm still clueless. Well, mostly. Please someone, take pity on me.

1) Am I better off...
a) Using a travel agent/CAA to get better rates, vs. booking w/Disney direct?

b) Booking NOW & taking advantage of the dollar (insert evil laugh here), WITHOUT having a discount code for the time I want to go?

c) If I do book now without a code, & one eventually comes out, do I get to apply it to the package I've already booked?

TIA, to anyone who can help!

Have a look here ...

And..

a) Dreams Unlmited (DIS Sponsor) or similar Disney specialist agencies generally do a great job of getting you the best rate for which you are eligible.

b) No harm in booking now.. because..

c) Yes you can apply a future code provided that room availability on that code is available for your dates/resort. You have have to be flexible on your dates or resort or both to get the discount... which is why..

d) I always try to book my resort and airfare around the same time and then there are no surprises. I got very lucky recently and double dipped with a JetBlue sale and resort discounts at Disney. Sometimes the stars align.

Hope this helps!

i booked my pkg through Disney, does anyone know if the codes work out cheaper?

Codes can be applied to an existing package thru Disney.

You are traveling in 3 months.

Did you get the special 'free ticket upgrade' offer for Canadians? That's a 'code'.
