Just bought OKW resale

Hi everybody,
I am new to this board and I have a question regarding reservations. We just bought OKW resale and made are deposit today. How long will it take for all the papers to be ready so we can make are first reservation?
How difficult will it be to get two studio's at OKW for May1-6 2005?

Good luck with ROFR. Our OKW resale took 6 weeks to clear all the papers, but that was 2.5 years ago.

It took about 5-6 weeks for our VB resale to show up in our account last spring. That's from the offer to the ability to make a reservation using the points.

I would make the reservations as soon as you can. May is my favorite time to visit – great weather! And congratulations!

Hi Charlotte -- Welcome to the DIS!

Hopefully you will breeze through ROFR in just a few weeks. Once you close escrow you should be in the DVC system in 3-5 business days and can make ressies at that time. As long as you are somewhat flexible about where you want to stay you still have a good chance for your trip in May. Good luck!!!
