>>> I guess these days, if you see a fare that's reasonable, better jump on it!
Evening 232 days in advance, checked Delta BOS-MCO for some chosen dates and flights around Thanksgiving, lowest fares around $200. already gone, round trip about $350. Did not book. (Apparently seats came available around 6 PM, 4 hours before I logged on)
About a week later, mid Jan. at Disney Quest, used one of the internet stations and saw on The Dis Forums a note about Delta changing from 737 planes to 757's.
Went to Delta web site and saw new allotment of cheap seats ($220.) for my chosen dates.
Disney Quest stations wouldn't let me book! (certain security and anti-pornography features built in)
Ran upstairs to pay phone and called Delta. Seats still available!. Made booking for the chosen late November flights for $220.
Went back to internet station. Did some experimenting and found three of the cheapest seats left.
Next day, came back to Disney Quest. Cheapest seats were gone. (One nice thing about premium annual passes is being able to go into water parks or Disney Quest for numerous short visits.)
Whew!
Hopefully this ressie will stay intact as Delta's new Song airline takes over these flights.
(Feb. 15, my chosen dates and flights in Nov. command $555. It is possible that when Song's booking starts ca. March 31 another allotment of cheap seats might appear on all flights.)
