I just bought my 4 day park-to-park tix though UT. Can those be upgraded to include VB, too? My traveling group has not decided if we will go to VB or to Blizzard Beach- based on how things are working at VB by Sept. (I am very hopeful, based on recent things I've read lately.) I was afraid to buy tickets outright, just in case.

I got a deal on UT for two extra days for a slightly higher than two day price. I hope they can be upgraded if need be. Any one have experience in this regard?

Also, we arrive in Orlando at 8:30 am- midweek. By the time we check in and drop off luggage etc, and get to the parks, it will be noonish. Is it worth a park visit this late in the day? Maybe we'll do city walk or VB that day...

Yes, the tickets can be upgraded to include VB. Parks are pretty quiet in September. I'd go even if I arrived around lunchtime.

I went for two weeks last September. Can't remember waiting more than 20 minutes. Except for Kong, which had recently opened.

Volcano Bay will probably be the busiest out of the three parks by the time you arrive (compared to capacity). Arriving mid day is fine. The parks are the best from maybe 4 pm to closing time imo.

One tip: compare your dates to Halloween Horror Nights. Universal closes at 5 pm those days, but IoA is open til 8 pm if I remember correctly. So, plan your visits according to when Universal is open, and work around that.

Yeah, I went during HHN season in September, and went straight to the parks, around noon time. Parks during day aren't that bad, and I don't remember it being as packed as it is during the summer.
