Just bought at BLT

Well finally after 7 visits to WDW and finally understanding DVC to it's fullest ability my DW and I took the plunge. While on our last trip 2 weeks ago we meant with a DVC advisor and the rest is history. My DW was very impressed by BLT's rooms and the layout. With family living in Florida it only made sense to buy in. I can't wait to just use points and not have to worry about having money to make that final payment 45 days before my trip. We'll have to wait and see if we stick to our plans for skipping a 2010 vaca. to use the time for home projects or break down and have to see the mouse for maybe a weekend or two.

Welcome Home! Congratulations on your purchase!

In our case, a few months after we bought, we had a cruise booked out of Miami. All of a sudden, we realized that we really didn't want to be in Florida and not take a trip "home" to VWL. We paid to change our airfare and we took our cruise and then had a wonderful weekend in our new "home." That was in December 2003, and on our first night there, our DGS was born in MA...we love to remember that night!
