Just bought 25 direct, but card still showing white

I bought my 25 direct, they are all in the account and I banked them, but my member ID on the website is still showing white and not the blue card.

Any ideas?

For anyone else did it take a while for the card to swap over online?

IMHO that sounds strange. When we bought direct in September I spoke with my guide on the phone and he told me he was just adding the points and after we hung up a few minutes later, the points was in my account and my white card had changed to blue.

I would just contact my guide and ask maybe he forgot to add or change a check mark in the Disney system.

Ours took 24 hours ish. And we purchased on a Tuesday. Points were 6 hours or so.

Thanks mine’s still white and I bought Friday, but suppose weekend could have slowed it. I’ve emailed my guide, he seems a very good guy, I’m sure he will sort. I’ll report back in case anyone else ever has the same issue.

Yeah, how do I know it was about 24? Because I checked the other 23 LOL.

Well I spoke to my guide. He said he had ordered cards but they have been told not to change it on the system until the contracts returned.

Posting here for anyone looking in future.
Well we were told white would not turn to blue until we closed.
Yesterday I received the contract from Fed Ex (took 6 days, we are in UK).
2 things happened yesterday. We had initially paid a third on the credit card for some reason (I had expected it all to have been taken at once), but yesterday that initial sum was refunded and two thirds were taken instead.
Next I received a call to ask if I had received the packet. I said I had. I also received the bag and a Tinkerbell drawing ( I assume this is a print but it comes in a packet with info about the artist on a thick cardboard backing) which was nice. I was also told I had until December 3rd to pay the final one third.
When I logged on last night I noticed under the dues section the new contract (extension of .1) is listing as pending. Also bizarrely a $10 credit was applied as an overpayment to my main dues on my first contract - not sure why. I assume when it closes I'll have to pay the pro rata dues on the 25 points add on.
Next I checked the cards. I knew something had happened as the link that had always said 'membership identification' had changed to ' member card' and sure enough when I clicked on it the blue card was there.
So it seems they change when someone in the back office does something about loading dues up. Or maybe they did the card at the same time. So with me it took nearly a week but I did not have to wait for closing.
This is despite the fact the actial points were on within 24 hours and I could bank them immediately.

So I added on 25 direct points on Wednesday, we paid $500 up front and the closing costs so like 607 as I was using a debit card and my bank would freak out at 4k+ lol
We just got our box in with the closing paperwork and will send it back signed with the remaining amount on a check.

My card changed from white to blue on the website as soon as my 25 points showed up, but it still says member since 2011 (when the original resale was bought). I assume when I order my physical cards it'll be different.

It's funny how you card changed straight away and they were telling me it couldn't be done. Seems very inconsistent.
My white card had given the correct date I had bought my resale.
This blue one says 2007, lol. Disney IT.

The physical card you receive in the mail has the correct date on it.
