Just booked Windsor Hills!

And I am super excited! This is my first time in a condo, and I think we're going to love it. We have 2 kids, plus MIL is coming along so we booked a 3 bedroom condo for Thanksgiving week. The price is so good that I don't think I'll ever be able to get DH back onsite!

Any tips for being in the condo? We are driving to Florida so we'll have our own vehicle.

We really liked it and planned to make that our new Disney neighborhood. It was about 5 minutes to Disney property and then another 5 to the parking lots --- very conveninent! We loved having our own pool, a hot tub, and plenty of room to stretch out.

Hmmm.. tips ...

I guess I'd tell you to have lots of breakfast items around, and then run to Publix (about 2 miles up the road on the right) when you want to eat meals in. We found we ate at the parks and on the road a lot more than we planned and ended up giving food away to the people staying next door to us the night before we left. We would eat HUGE breakfasts: bagels, muffins, yogurt, granola, fruit, juice, etc. We also ate snacks like cheese and crackers, peanuts, pretzels, chips. But as far as meals go, we were usually gone at those times.

You will have a great time. We have stayed once and are going back in September. Its a fantastic place to stay. Just enjoy.

We are headed down to stay at Windsor hills in about 5 weeks. This will be the 4th time we've stayed there and at the same townhome. We love it! Although the first 2 days we'll be at POP because I like to stay a few days on property, but the other seven days we'll be enjoying Windsor Hills. You'll love it!

We booked a 3 bedroom/2bath condo in building #7 for July 26-Aug. 1st. I couldn't believe the price either. We are driving from MD with a 20 month old, so that should be interesting too!

Trying to book myself for the week of Good Friday. Went to the Owner's website to request a place and got many responses. Tried to contact two of the responses to firm up a booking in the last few days but haven't received a reply.

We booked a townhouse there, and I've heard so many great things about WH, that I can't wait to go. Too bad I have to wait until October.

We are booked in as well for a mid-april stay at WH. We have a first floor 3br condo near the main pool. We are very excited! For food, we are thinking of mainly breakfast items and light snacks. Hopefully will be eating most large meals out or at least to-go and bring home. There look to be lots of good restaurants nearby - a friend recommended Carrabba's which we are looking forward to.

We will be there for thanksgiving also. We like traveling that week since our kids get 3 days off from school anyways. This will be our 2nd time staying in a 3 bedroom condo at WH. We love it. I think we are in building 1. I'm not sure. We also have my sister and her family traveling with us. They are staying in a town house at WH.
