Just booked trip for next week: will we get luggage tags in time?

I'm thinking that there are luggage tags for the Magical Express buses (like the DCL buses) that we put on here in ATL and then they will get to our hotel. I'm just worried that we will not get them before monday morning. Then what do we do?

They (DME) will need about 2 weeks to get the tags printed and then mailed out...so, no you won't get the luggage tags before you leave. I did the same thing last summer and the packet was waiting for me when I returned home!!!
You have two choices here...
Go to baggage claim yourself, get your bags and take them with you to the DME check-in area. Then the bags can go underneath the bus you are on.
OR...
Go to the DME check-in area first, give them your baggage claim tickets and a description of your bags (type and number of bags). They will go to baggage claim and get them and put them on the truck going to the resorts. And they will be taken to your room.

But, be aware, if you have them take the bags to your room, it could take up to 3 hrs before they get to your room.
If you don't have the luggage tags, I would just get the bags and take them with you on the bus.

Is there anyway you could request that they overnight them for you?

Thanks for the help. I just called to and they said to give the welcome counter the numbers but it could take up to 4 hours to get the luggage. I'll ask dh. If they would let us put them underneath I would rather do that.
