Delta is not a good option out of Pittsburgh.

First ALL Delta's flights connect through Atlanta. SW has straight through flights. And for 4 of us on SW it was $708.00 vs $826.00 I think you said on Delta.

AirTran has left alot to be desired out of Pittsburgh also. Our last 3 trips to WDW we used AirTran . Now they go and change flight times, So their only non-stops are a noon flight down and 9am back. And $200.00 more than SW.

My friend is using AirTran for her familys trip in June and they have had their flight times changed 4 times already.

We've never flown SW, but for $200.00 cheaper and 2 non-stop flights , I can deal with leaving 5 hours earlier.

aquaticmom...NO WAY you are from Grove City????? So am I :wave2: I really never thought I would see anyone else from our little "burgh" posting away here on the boards. My DH and I are heading to WDW on June 10 through the 18. Our daughter graduated from Grove City HS in 2003 and is getting ready to start her Senior Year at University of Central Florida. She is maybe a hafl hour from WDW at college. Talk about getting use to them being away my DD has decided to take summer classes this year at UCF and is working at the Swan resort so she IS NOT comming homne this summer!!! :confused3 But she does LOVE college and is doing really well. Hope you have a wonderful trip and get settled in with your daughters next adventure "college"

No Problemo!

Unfortunately here in Pittsburgh we have few options for straight thru flights to anywhere not just Orlando.

Sometimes it really stinks flying out of Pittsburgh!

aquaticmom, I work in the computer center, running the helpdesk. It is a very nice area and the campus with the new dorms etc is beautiful. I hope she enjoys it here.

Greetings from another Sw Pa resident, us too got stung from SWA un-Disney like magic on Sat night in Oct. So we of course paid an extra $100 person for a later Sat evening Flight, NOT!!!! It was actually cheaper to stay an extra night and get the 6:30 PM SUN flight back on SWA. Simple math, extra night at POP (perferred) $102 divide by family of4 ($25.50) versus $100 per person at USairways equals a savings of about $300, plus extra night of free dinning :cool1: . Starting to think Mickey and SWA are conspiring agianst us. Now what to do for 4 Months?
