Just booked our August trip....

We just booked our 9 night/10 day trip to Disney this morning! Now I am praying for free dining or an equal promotion so we can actually afford the trip!

We did change our dates. We went from November to September to August LMAO! At this rate, we'll be there tomorrow Just kidding.

We decided going before school gives us a chance to get a bounce back offer in our room to use for our BIG 10 year anniversary trip. If we get one, we will book right away APril 2013 and take the kids out of school then. We don't want to take them out two weeks out of the year. Plus if we go in August (and get a promotion) we can do 10 days instead of 7!

On the negative side, we were really looking forward to the Halloween Party and will be missing it

We moved from POR back to the Poly...but if another discount comes out I may be swayed to check other options again!! We love the poly but now have a few unexpected other trips in the summer and early September so those need funds too! Booked airfare already though so our dates our solid! Hope you like POR, can you make ADR's soon???

I am SO jealous! I'd love to stay deluxe (I haven't done so since I was 7 and Poly was the only hotel there! lol) BUT we just can't do it right now. We are going to drive down this time and save our points for our MAYBE April trip. If we do go in April, we are going to try REAL hard to stay deluxe since its our 10 year anniversary. Gotta do something special for that

There was a bounceback offer in September 2011 when we were there...but we didn't take advantage. The return dates were too soon for us!! We need much more time to save up the $$$ needed for our next trip!

We just booked our airfare last night and are going to be at POP from Aug 24 - Sept 2. I'm with you hoping for free dining. Used a room code but we are a traveling w/my brother's family and teenage boys who eat a lot! Dining would make the trip a lot more affordable! Hoping we can upgrade to a moderate then for less $$. Luck to us all!

We went the same week last year as we are going this year and there was a bounceback in our POR room for the exact week we need! The last week of April. Easter is the end of March so we should be clear of Spring Breakers luckily!

The bounceback was actually free dining for up to a year from the date of our trip. Like idiots, we didn't take it, not wanting to spend the $200. In hindsight, what idiots we are!!!!!
