Just booked last night! Under 400 day dance!!!

Yeah, I know it's a little early to be dancing. But after deciding after our 2000 trip that we were done with Disney (not because of any bad experience or anything, just the kids were getting older, there was other stuff we wanted to do, it was expensive and far away...), DH had to go on business in January and we all came along for 3 days. Well, of course that got us all excited about it again.

Since we returned, we've discussed the possibility of maybe, someday, going back and spending a good, longer time there - actually doing more than sprinting from main attraction to main attraction. We've been researching and decided it would involve driving from Michigan with our family of 5, staying offsite, and going when the kids were off school.

So after lots of planning, discussing, thinking, debating - last night we finally booked a house for 15 days in June of 2006! We're staying in Emerald Island for much less than anywhere we could stay at Disney (only even remotely cheap option being POR). We've always stayed on site, but since we'll get the 10 day passes, think we can live without EMH for the convenience of a private pool, gameroom, kitchen, separate bedrooms for the kids, etc! I paid my deposit so it's real now. WE'RE GOING!!!!! Figured out the days last night and I think we're at 395 so not anytime soon, but I can start getting excited at least. YIPPEE!!

401 for me! Our date is June 24, 2006. I've just been so exciting waiting to get under the 400 mark. Time is going by.

When I started my countdown for our December trip, I started at over 400 days!! Now I'm halfway there and I can't believe it!! I'm sure the time will fly by for you, too!!

We have our dates May 27 - June 5, I just wish I could get CRO to book the trip for me. I've spoken with 2 different CM's and neither can book it for me until late June.

I'm doing the MYW package with dining. So I'm dancing with you just not moving quite as fast

I have to wait to book my Nov 2006 until July to make it 500 days so you are 100+ days closer than we are.

It will go by fast though, even though I want to go tomorrow!!!!
