If you haven't already, you will need to create an MDE account.
Begin by looking at July park schedules. Once you have an idea of where you will be each day, you can decide where you want to eat, and begin making those important ADRs. You can either call, or make the reservations on MDE. If you are staying at a Disney resort, you will be booking FP+ 60 days prior; if you are staying off property, it will be at 30 days. If you have a smart phone, download the MDE app. You will need to refer to the app when you get to the parks.
There are many wonderful, and informative threads on the Dis, specifically devoted to FP+, Disney Dinning, et. that will be helpful in getting you up to speed. Happy July planning! We can't wait either!
In addition to PP's great suggestions, I would say to look at crowd calendars to help give you an idea of crowds / EMH's and that will help you select your park days. I like easywdw.com calendars by Josh.
