Just booked Fantasy 2024

Just booked Fantasy for October 2024 for Virgin Islands! So excited!! We sailed at the end of 2019 for 3 nights for the first time and are excited to have a second one on the horizon for 7 nights!!

Any ideas, tips, suggestions welcomed!!

Any idea what activities or port adventures you might do? Snorkeling good in both ports, nice ports to explore for lunch and shopping too.

Make sure you don't have a far aft stateroom. The Fantasy is a great ship (my favorite, actually), but she occasionally has severe vibration problems in the aft.

We did an eastern this past May. A favorite itinerary. The length of this cruise is pretty perfect- plenty of time to relax and do things on board. The beach stops-which ever you pick-are the best. No way you are not going to have a great time!

I was thinking the 4x4 excursion in tortola and the skyway combo excursion in st Thomas. And possibly one of the fishing ones for hubs at castaway cay while me and daughter do 5k and bikes/tubes/snorkle and hubs can join us for some of that when his fishing is done.

Our stateroom is a deluxe interior which i know some people hate but we had that last time and actually loved it. We didn't stay in our room much because of activities but hubs and I would head back there for naps during the day while daughter was at kids club and it was great for napping. The room is near the front of the ship. On the magic it was slightly noisy once in awhile like a mechanical noise but only a few times. I assume when the boat changed gears?? But it was perfect for our needs.

FYI: CC 5K - at some point, they changed this from a group activity to DIY on your own schedule. No early departure from ship. Medal is still available - I think this year’s is different than last and probably than 2019. Pick it up at the bike rental kiosk on the island.
