Just booked excursions-parasailing question

Yea! Just booked our excursions today and everyone but me will be parasailing on Castaway Cay. Those of you who have done this , about how long are you out on the boat as everyone has their turn and how many people go out each time. I will have 4 members of my family and wonder how many more people will be with them. Also will I be able to watch from the beach or is it too far away.

We had 9 people on our boat, but I think the maximum is 10. It took us about an hour. No one was allowed to go up together, so it may have been quicker if some of us could have doubled up.
People could probably see you up there from the beach, but Im not sure if they could actually make out your face. The parasailers seemed pretty far up there when watching from the ground.
