Oh I love the Boardwalk Inn!
You will love it! It is so nice, relaxing, and the staff is wonderful.
Ask for the a room facing Epcot. They have rooms that overlook "France". You can sit and watch the fireworks.

I'm booked too for Food & Wine! Boardwalk view from Sept. 29-Oct. 2 and a waitlist Garden/Pool view from Oct. 2-4. Also not sure on which room to request.
