Just booked, but a little nervous

Well we just booked our trip with our AAA TA, Wahoo it is official, but now I am little nervous. I have never booked with AAA and I am wondering if I may have been a little too trusting with my credit card number. A few weeks ago I went to the AAA website and filled out the form requesting a quote. A couple days later I got an email from my TA with a few different quotes. We exchanged a few emails and tonight I called her and booked paying the 200.00 on my credit card. Then it occurred to me how do I know that I have not been scammed. So, here is my question have you used AAA and is this standard procedure?

We booked through AAA but we actually went to the office. If you are nervous, call AAA and verify the reservation number that the salesperson gave you. If it's for real, they will have it on file. You should also get a reciept of some kind.
