I've been waiting for AP discounts to come out for Oct 15-19, but I finally gave up today and changed my vacation to Halloween weekend and got the best rate reservation. This should guarantee that AP rates come out tomorrow for all of October as that would be my typical luck!
Good luck to all who are still waiting. I got POFQ for Halloween weekend for 109 plus tax/night so I am happy with the rate and I found a good airfare for the weekend. I was fortunate that my vacation can be flexible. I know that they will come out tomorrow with the AP rates and I will be mad at myself that I didn't have enough patience, but I am going to Disney so it is all good.
