Hey Everyone! I'm Jenn, brand, spanking, shiny, new member of DisBoards! I just booked our December 2012 trip to Disney about 2 hours ago! I'm really excited!

We are staying at the AoA resort for 8 nights, 9 days! I have been eyeing it online for maybe 3-4 days, went online this morning and only suites were left!!!!!! I almost freaked out. Actually, I think I did freak out because we wanted a Standard Room! I called and was able to book a standard room over the phone but they did confirm that the standard rooms (Little Mermaid Hotel) are booking up incredibly fast and he wasn't surprised it wasn't showing up online!!!!

Now I'm curious what happens if a Dining Plan Offer pops up or a Sale pop ups between now and then? Am I able to call up and "refresh" my booking or am I locked into this now? Not that, that is a bad thing but I know last year they extended Free Dining through 12/17 and man...that would be sweet!

Any tips, tricks or info I should know please feel free to post!

First of all, congratulations! I booked a trip at Pop preferred room w/free dining in Sept. but, I was waiting to see if they would extend free dining to AOA resort and was pleasantly suprised to see that they did. So, I called up Disney and they changed my reservation for me. I even got a $59 credit cause' we're staying in a standard LMR. Hope this helps!
