Just booked AirTran for our flight!!

We got the disney special for Airtran out of Buffalo in September. $704.80 roundtrip for the 4 of us. Pretty good, can't beat that anywhere. We have to stop in Atlanta but that is okay. Was trying to wait for Southwest to release their next dates but airtran was soooo cheaper.

I'm a newbie and trying to figure out how to get the deal for AirTran through Disney. I went to the WDW website and I don't see anything about airline travel. What number do I call to get a price on the flight/vacation.

Where can I jump on this bandwagon?? I have been looking for flights out of BUF on 09/17 and the cheapest I have found for the time we want is USAir at 461.00 for the 2 of us. AirTRan is 561.00?? Did you book through Disney???

It is a special offer available through the Disney Travel Company. I was able to book the special airfare with the Fall Free Dining Package.

We also booked through Disney and got $632 for 4 of us out of Buffalo (non-stop 1 way and a stop the other way but not getting off of the plane) Aug 20-28. In fact, I made the booking after I had already made the Disney booking and the agent just added it on. Southwest is offering $102 I think right now but alot of the good flight times are already gone.

Check Delta as well...I booked out of BUF on Delta for August 22-30 for $175.

The airtran prices are good if you grab them before they sell out.

If you are trying to book the disney airtan deal right through their customer service- be persistent!!!!!! When I called the specialist couldn't pull up any airtran flights even though I spotted them on their website. I kept asking her and put me on hold and called airhelp. God bless airhelp because they were able to find this great deal. If you want to fly out of Rochester it is only $604.80 for 4 people.

If you don't mind flying into Tampa and driving we were lucky enough to get AirTran direct flights flying out June 2 into Tampa and leaving out of Orlando on June 12 for 3 people for $450.00 and that was booking straight off the AirTran website. I did have to fly back on a Monday to get the better rate but that just means more time at Disney.

I just booked mine today. $331.80 for two of us out of BUF on 9/9 - 9/15. The flight down is nonstop and the returning flight is 1 stop in ATL. They were good flight times also. When I called the CM I talked to didn't have a problem finding the Airtran flights.

We just got Southwest out of Buffalo Nonstop Sept 24- Oct 4 for $190 each. A little bit more but worth the nonstop IMO.

I am going air tran too. Have flown with them before and been very happy with them. 4 of us areflying sun country the end of Sept. I found out I could have $50 each on air tran. Oh well, still going to disney, free ddp and going to mnsshp.
