Going for 5 days of fun in October again to enjoy the Halloween madness - does anyone know if there are any changes planned for this? I was there in 2005 and enjoyed the Pink Witches and Pumpkin Men fun.

Even though I said I definitely was not going to DLP this year - just moved house so money situation isn't fantastic, I am about to book 5 days in October as well. We have been twice before at this time of year but this year, we plan to be there on the 31st. Will you be there on actual Halloween night, maleficient man? If not I would love info from someone who's been to the party on a previous year. I assume you pay extra for party tickets - do they sell out and do you pre-book or buy on the gate?

I keep checking out this page here as they are usually the first with the news! :goodvibes I do know that the Once Upon a Dream parade is going to continue throughout Halloween but that it will be "disrupted"!

Woo hoo! :yay:

Both Marcus and Sarah (Totally Angelic) have been to the party on the 31st, I'm sure they did trip reports.

ETA: Here is a link to Totally Angelic's report for 2005.

Thanks Elaine

I booked the flights with Easyjet last night online - not bad at all for Half Term - £190 for the 3 of us - return. Hotel prices are not particularly cheap so we went for the Santa Fe for 4 nights - it's a bed and it's Disney after all plus we've never stayed there. Also booked the Halloween night party at £20 each - gotta be done. My Maleficent outfit can come out again (wore it for Halloween a couple of years ago at WDW party) - in Paris can always wear a thick jumper under it - just need an outfit for my daughter now - her Wicked Queen outfit will be too small now.

You will have a great time! :hmghost: We'd love to go to the Halloween party but our half-term is the week before :sad2: I wish they did more than one party night throughout the Halloween season.

I hope we'll get to see photos of you dressed up! :thumbsup2

The Halloween party is ace - did it in 2005 when it was on for 2 nights. The park looks incredible and the parade and other activities make it ace. If you have a Dream AP you get 50% off the tickets as well.

Sounds fab - do they do Trick or Treating (as they do at WDW). In Florida they have lots of candy stations - where you just join a short line to get a handful of sweets - you come out of the park with quite a large bagful. If not, is there lots going on?

I can't quite remember but I know they do have a pinata game for kids during the day at least in Halloweenland as it becomes.

At night there are fireworks, a show at the castle, tons of characters everywhere, pink witches, a parade......it's a great night!
