Just Booked--ADR help

Hello! Well after going back & forth on our dates we decided to go the end of August for 3n/4d. My oldest son starts HS this year & in the past I didnt think twice to pull him out of school for vacation & he starts HS football in August --I've been told having him miss practice is just as bad as him missing school. So we decided Aug 29-Sept 1. We are only doing 1 park (Epcot) all the times we have been to Disney we have never made it so now is our chance. I also decided to go with the DELUXE dining ! I debated on this, but at the end I figured why not... Here are the ADR's Ive made so far--any help/suggestions would be great

DAY 1--- AM (OPEN) PM WCC @ 8p
DAY 2---Coral Reed @ 1130a LeCellier 710p (FYI--wide open if anyone is looking)
DAY 3---Chef Mickeys 815a

As you can see I still have a ton of planning to do.

Oh, and by the way, how about personalized menus at the Coral Reef, congratulating your son on his elementary school graduation?
