Just BOOKED 1st Cruise....Overwhemed YIKES...Questions

Finally made the call &' reserved Fantasy 7 day Eastern depart Port Canaveral November 15 2014
Now what ??? I figured we should arrive the night before...SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!! Where do you stay ???
Should we try and get a WDW stay in ??
Any advice please?? And what about staying at WDW for 2 nites after cruise??

we have stayed both before and after cruise, depending on how many are in your group and kids ages if any.Have you done the parks before? A little more info and will be able to help you out with your questions on possible resort stays. Not really worth booking a deluxe resort for 1 night, Although I have done this before, I found it just wasnt worth the cost. I would recommend either a moderate or value resort for a stay of 1 night, then if you can afford a deluxe I would do that for a 2 night or more stay. We have stayed at the poly, yacht club, okw and the caribbean beach resort in the past . This coming cruise Im booking port orleans riverside for our pre cruise stay and then the yacht club for the post cruise stay. We have also stayed at the hyatt orlando airport for a night but that was after a cruise when we booked a flight back home leaving early the next morning, and we had 2 teen grandkids with us. If you have little ones I say stay at a disney resort even if you dont plan on visiting the parks. Any questions feel free to and I will help out best I can happy planning! We rent a car and drive to CC and spend the night at County Inn and Suites. Never have had a problem with them. Rooms a little old but clean and super convenient to Hertz.

Oh My Gosh !!! I would LOVE & prefer to stay at an On-Property WDW resort, great idea....I'm just overwhelmed & coming out of surgeries & can't think straight but want to get these things reserved.
There are 4 in our family, so small....Me, the Dad & two daughters, ages 13 & 15 and we all are DISNEY WORLD lovers....
