If you have the time available and do not have airline tickets to change which would cost you to change, yes why not go for the extra day, I would.

My choice was to add the extra night.

I had a $100 difference on the air fare (cheapre if I left a day earlier). I decided it was worth spending that $100 on an extra night before our 14 night of Free Dining starts. It really only costs me a bit more with the extra night as I have to buy dinner at Pop and also pay for a sub for my daycare for one extra day.
