Just back BC/Wonder.......no pics, but if I can answer any questions, I'll be happy to.

We are sailing sunday on the wonder. We have a group of 6 kids (17-20 ages) Can we snorkel on our own at Blue Lagoon? and visit Atl at PI, just to look around. How was the weather?

Hi There, I can answer about Atlantis, you can walk around the hotel area, pretty much inside except for the aquariums(The Dig) and beach area. I tird to cut through the beach and slide area and the attendents would not let me unless I was a quest at the hotel. The weather was great Upper 80's and humid for Nassua and it was mostly cloudy windy and some sprinkles at Castaway Cay, the sun did comeout some.

Sorry, I don't know about Blue Lagoon. We did the Atlantis tour...it was very good if you're into the aquarium. One of my party got bored and left the tour half way for the casino (and won $1000.) The weather was fine except for Castaway Cay, it was overcast and sprinkly mostly, the sun came out when it was almost time to leave.

Can you tell me how far it is from the Atlantis hotel/casino area to where people catch the boat for the dolphin encounter?

I sure hope the weather stays that warm for us. We will b e on the Wonder in 5 1/2 weeks!! Got cruise docs today!!

What movies were playing?? Did you see any Baha Men playing with the Waveband? I read that they can be seen occasionally when at port in Nassau?

What did you think of Nassau? Did you shop?

Hola,

I'm not sure where the boat for the dolphin swim is, but most of the boats are right at the dock near the Wonder and the dock at Atlantis is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

Shopping was interesting. The Straw Market is funky and the shops at ATlantis are very nice. I checked out some jewelry prices, and they were pretty good. Duty free makes a lot of items an excellent buy.

Hey, rere (FYI everyone: It's pronounced "Ray-Ray"!) - My nephew and I shot LOTS of pics on the Halloween Wonder and I'll be posting them late this month after I return to Idaho. I <I>might</I> manage to post <I>a few</I> from here on my laptop, but the whole "feature" has to wait until I get back to ID. Sorry we only met briefly on the cruise. Maybe next time.

leslieh - My mom and I are also on your Wonder cruise Nov. 10. I'm hoping Castaway Cay has better weather this time. As was mentioned, it wasn't bad in the afternoon, but earlier there were high winds and rain and they were issuing Mickey ponchos as guests stepped onto the island. They also added an onboard movie for those choosing to stay aboard. The big relief was that CC was not terribly hot and humid as was the case with my most recent cruise. I can hardly wait for the next one!
