2011 with the extended family, Robo- though I wish it were sooner!

Melody, we tried to avoid the AM EMHs, and did well at HS with a 9am rope drop- got TSM with 20 min wait and a fastpass for a 2nd ride. My DH, meanwhile, did ToT and RnR 3 times each in the time it took DS and I to do those 2 rides... We were in MK one EMH day, and started in Tomorrowland which helped. We really seemed to do fine if we got out at rope drop and took a break in the afternoons before heading out again in the evenings.

No real magical moments, except DH got an immediate fastpass for Soarin while getting the three of us fastpases because the CM saw his anniversary button!

Oh, I disagree - we did AM EMH for MK and got to ride major rides with nearly no wait. And on days when there were late EMH the mornings were quieter - got busy after 11 am or so.

I just got back Thursday.

We are staying at AKV. We are trying to decide if we should get the hopper ticket. We usually take a break at the resort mid-day. Do you think we should spend the extra money or just go back to the same park after our break?

We're going this same week next year and was wondering:

1) temperatures -- how hot did it get? I know this is personal for each person, but what time in the day did you all say -- enough! got to get out of the heat?

2) crowds -- how soon did the FPs for the major rides go into the afternoon?
