Just back!!!!

Ok we are back from the world and boy am i bummed. But we had a great time. LEt me tell you alittle bit about my trip and then if you have any questions feel free to ask.

We left on sunday the 4ht and got to pop century. It was my Dh and DS who is 6 plus me. We arrive around lunch time and our room is ready so we checked it our this being our first time at this resort. The room was alot like the moveis one so we were ok with it and went to eat before heading to the park. I didn't care for the food court at this hoetl and felt that the Movies was alot more organized, they hide the ice cream section at pop. After we head to MK for the rest of the day with EMH. We ate at the castle where my son met his first princess and questions wheter the mice are real (gus and jaque??). The CM was great and told my son that the fairy godmtoher and them wer playing freeze tag and forgot to unfreeze them. THANK YOU!!!! Dinner was great no pics but we had prime rib and salad. I think i ate every bite but loved it. My DS got chicken nuggets. I was however not very pleased about the kids portions. My ds is a healty i think is the word eater. 4 little nuggets and 20 fires with some carrots is not going to fill him up. I found that the portions were good for my 3 year old but not much for a 6 year old. Next time he will have to be counted as a adult cause he can put some food away. The EMH were great we rode everything we wanted to at least twice that night. My son loved SM and BTM. He complained he didn't get wet enough on SPLASHM. We ended up back in the room around 11 and went to bed.

Day two was at MGM in the morning. My son rode RRC and TT and loved them both. HE is a thrill seeker. We found some good autographs and went back to the room for naps and to get ready for the party that night. We ate dinner at the Crystal Palace and I must say i loved the food. I had so much to eat i couldn't eat much dessert. The characters were great and the little parade thing they do was cute also. My DS finally got enough to eat. Then cam the party. My DS was dressed as Davy Jones. Let me tell you if you want to get interaction that night dress them as DJ. We got in line to see Jack Sparrow and he was awsome. As soon as he saw my son he yelled and hide from him. Jack asked DS if he could remove his clothing so as not to frighten him anymore. The interaction with him and my DS was great. DS even asked him for the key to his locker back. The party was great and we enjoyed getting the booty which was candy and beads. The rides wer free so we did not wait in any lines. I think we were done by 11. Here are my tips for the party, If you want to see jack show up at 630 to wait for him, the line was 2 hr + by time we were through. Also do not do the haunted river boat. It is nothing more then a circle around the island with so story going over head. We thought someone was going to come out but it was really boring.

I think that is about it for now I still have 6 more days to tell you about but i have to go. Hope you like the report so far.

we loved the Pirate and Princess party...Jack's line was quite long when we went...but it was inside the bldg not outside, but I thought it moved rather quickly. I think CRT is definitley one restaurant that does not have large portions as many of the other's do. Looking forward to hearing more.

Sounds like fun! I know you are glad your DS wanted to ride all the rides! We got my DS4 on Big Thunder Mtn & Test Track last Sept but he swears he won't ride them this time in March He wasn't even scared last time so I'm not sure why the change of heart. I'm not pushing him, but maybe he'll change his mind when we get there.

Day three and four we very busy we got up and went to blizzard beach. DS is a little small so we only got to do a few things as the hifght restrictions are like 54 for most of them. We took him over to the ice rafts and told him that the water was up to his chin if he fell but he insisted on doing them. He was doing great til about halfway across and he feel off and freaked. The life guard had to jump in and save him i was so embarassed. He wanted to do it again but we told him no once was enough to scare the lifeguard. There was no one there when we went and when we got to the top of the mountian..riding the ski lift ( those things scare me to death. I hate them and yet i rode it up once and was freakin the whole way) we went to the family tube ride. None od the tubes were coming up so we waited for a half hour for the tubes but they were stuck half way up. Needless to say we rode that ride once. We had dinnerSci-fi. The food was great. They didn't cook DH meat good so wegot a discount on our food. We like our meat well done no pink. Anyway when we headed over to fantasmic it was standing on and only 15 after 6. We didn't wait and was very disappointed. With DS 6 we could not stand and then stand during the show.

On Day four we went to Chef Mickeys for breakfast. All the characters came around within the first 15 mins so they didn't stop much after that. I ws disappointed on the food selection i thought there would be more. We went to epcot an spent the day DS loved TT and they both did mild MSSP?? I wait for them and then we toured the countries. We ate at the Tappanyaki room where DH met a fellow army man and they convered the whole time leaveing me and DS and his DW out. DS loved our chef and the food was great..i love that place. We watched the fireworks and ended up getting a spot right near the cannon at the end and it scared the crap out of me and this lady standing next to me. We literally jumped!!! But laughed after. All in all it was a great 2 days. That leaves four more to come.
