Ok, so we left last Sunday, but I wasn't able to report due to a detour in our return home. But I do have a few things to report.
EE is great, but that's been said, so I'll leave it at that.
Star Wars Weekend. . .they've gotten some organization into it this year. Adding the shopping area on the Sound Stage was a great move. It makes things less hectic at Star Tours. But the line for purchasing can be a pain if you aren't careful. They need a better plan with that.
We have a new favorite restuarant at EPCOT, the Rose and Crown. The food was exceptional, and the view for IllumiNations was spectacular.
We didn't get on a ride at EPCOT, but didn't miss a thing. We saw some great street shows and loved the Flower and Garden Festival.
It was our first stay at Saratoga Springs, and even though we were only in a Suite, it was miles above the other places we've stayed.
The only down side, Tony's on Main Street. The service was horrible, and the food was not worth half of what they charged. Plus it was so loud in there, my wife and I couldn't have a conversation. Scratch that one off the list.
Other than a bad meal, the trip was a great diversion to a hectic couple of weeks.
