Thanks for offering to help. Here are my questions:

1. What movies were on?

2. How's the water temperature at CC?

3. What was the weather?

4. Was the sea rough?

5. Does it cost to order the cheese tray for room service?

6. Did you hear anyone who had suffered from Norwalk on the Ship?

Thanks.

1. What movies were on?
cold mountain, teachers pet, miracle teenage dramma queen, freaky friday

2. How's the water temperature at CC?
we did not make it to CC we had day at sea instead
3. What was the weather?
chilly and very windy 65-70 degrees 71 in nassau it was 61 when we got to CC but we did not stay
4. Was the sea rough?
it was very rough on the first and last night and on the way to CC, It was so rough the faptain said if you have med take it or get some form guest services. howver my normal experiences with theses cruises is it is only rough when you cross teh gulf stream
5. Does it cost to order the cheese tray for room service?
Not sure we did nto order it but all the room services we did order were free.
6. Did you hear anyone who had suffered from Norwalk on the Ship?
no but I wondered about the cruise before us. As they were very strict on this cruise hand sanitizer everywhere signs everywhere. Plus was veryt impressed the first thing the kids got when they entered the kids club was a squirt of bacterial hand soap and told to goto bathroom and scrub. this happened everytime! and as soon as they returned from anywhere they washed again.

We just got back from the Wonder and I can tell you that they did not charge for the cheese plate. We ordered room service and the only thing they charged us for were our drinks.

We had a WONDERful time, even though we didn't get to do CC. I agree with Ruttie that they made a tremendous effort to prevent illness. I would say it is better than a Disney Theme park with it comes to cleanliness. I did everything that the came from the boards about making sure we wiped down the room when we first got in and used the stairs and not the railings (when all possible) and we are happy to say that we made it through it all with no illness, so far.

Palo is a must!!!!! We had the most wonderful time at Palo. Food was Excellent (and it takes alot for my DH to say that) and the staff went above and beyond. We were in the restraunt when they were filming for the Extreme Home Makeover couple and talked to the nice people that got that. We also went up to the visiting radio station WOGL 98.1 (from right here in Philly) and got to go on the air and say hi... (that was really cool because all my friends at work were listening and I had about 15 e-mails when I got home).

Went to the spa a couple of times. I had the Ionithermie Algae Detox and then had a Couples Massage. The Ionithermie was kind of cool but the whole time was a sales pitch for the almost $900.00 worth of products. My DH enjoyed the massage so much I booked him a Cabana Massage the next day on CC. But since it was canceled it got moved to the ship. I am very sore from my massage because I didn't drink enough water afterwards but it was still nice.

Would I do it again? OF COURSE!!! And believe it or not, even after the bill, my DH said he would go again. (that's saying something because he isn't an outgoing person)

Home is ok but I now understand why all you folks that have done these cruises multiple times can still go back again and again.

Got to unpack!!!!!

I was listening to Oldies 98.1 and heard some people from the Philly area talking on the radio, I was wondering if any of them were fellow DIS'ers. It was nice hearing "live reports" coming from the Wonder and Castaway Cay on Saturday.

We were on the cruise before you. They were doing the hand squirt thing for the kids club then, signs all over, antibacterial wipes before you ate at the restaurants, and I assume its standard procedure. I heard of no one on the cruise with us being ill (except my four year old - who was over tired, over sunned, and broke out in an ear infection Friday night - we got home Thursday, oh and we met a guy in the pool whose girl wasn't being allowed in the clubs because she came down with a croupy cough - but no flu).

HI! Can you please tell me why you had a day at sea at none at CC? I really want to go there on my 4 Day in April! Thanks! Lisa

we had really bad weather not so much rain although it rained off and on but it was really really can i say REALLY WINDY!!!!!! we actually docked for a biref minute at CC but did not stay it was just too windy we were very disappointed that we missed it as that is why we did this cruise but.. the captian tried for over an hour and then gave up i am told it is very rare to miss CC so don't worry weather should be better for you.

Welcome home! You know, I've been on three Disney Cruises and have yet to eat anything at Palo or even step foot in Palo. Next cruise, brunch and dinner are top priority!

BTW -- That is so cool that your local radio station was onboard! Neat!

Sooooo Glad someone heard us. It wasn't the plan when we went upstairs to the ESPN center (I just wanted to dedicate a song for a friend back home) but it was a real treat and the station personel were really warm and inviting, even at 7:45 in the morning. They took pictures of us but I don't see them posted on their site yet.

Thanks for noticing me.
