Just back...WL was WONDERFUL!!!!!

We did take the boat over to MK. That was fun. We also rented a car and drove that to the other parks and resorts. We don't do the bus thing. It drives us crazy!!!

Did you take advantage of the boat ride to the MK or did you use the bus system to TTC and then hop on the monorail?

WL now has a direct bus to MK. You no longer have to go to the TTC. The direct bus is much faster than the boat when going to MK from the WL. The boat is much more relaxing. In the morning we're always anxious to get to the park as quick as possible so we take the bus. We like to take the boat back at the end of the day to give us some time to unwind.

Can't beat the bus to/from MK.

I am just back Wednesday, I timed the bus, it was between 4 and 6 minutes travel time each time. Also, there is covered seating in the waiting area fro the bus and the walkway to the area is also covered. I never had a problem finding a seat on the bench, but the resort was pretty empty.

the bus back from Epcot stopped numerous times throughout Fort Wilderness. I would use a rental car if going there. Bus to/from MGM was not bad, but longer than 5 minutes.

My sister and I have stayed at the Wilderness Lodge twice now, its our favorite plus I found a back way to the hotel (service road)
