Just Back...used Fl Tours!

We just returned from WDW and used Fl Tours, which was excellent. Our flight arrived a little early, but our driver (Renata) met us in baggage pick up. She was very friendly and quickly returned with the car. We had reserved a town car, but she had brought a van due to the need for 2 car seats. As an added bonus, the van had a tv screen so the kids could watch a movie on the ride to the hotel (they've never been so quiet in a car before!!).

On our departure, she arrived timely for pick-up.

We had a great experience with Fl Tours and will use them again for our trip next year!

We have used them before and they were great!

If we fly this time (which is highly propable, we will use them again).

Last time the driver said we were not in any rush for our stop at the grocery store! He said not to stress about the 1/2 time limit. Actually we were only in there for about 20 minutes, but it was great not being stressed about time.

I had a problem with them in August. Our plane was delayed and when we got to baggage claim no one was there. We had to call and evidently the driver went to drop someone else off. We had to get our luggage and meet the driver outside. I was not happy and will not use them again.

How late was your flight and how long did you have to wait for the driver?

Our flight was an hour late, but they had all the info to monitor the flight. I am not sure how long we waited for the driver, we waited for our luggage got outside and he wasn't there yet but came about 10 minutes later.

The driver probably thought he would be back in time. An hour delay is a long time to stand around. It is unfortunate that you had to wait, did you speak to someone about it?

Do they say they will monitor and wait until your flight comes in, if it's not coming at the expected time? Is there a limit as to how long they should be expected to wait? Perhaps he didn't feel he could make the next people wait, because of your late flight, and thought he would be back in time. Stuff happens, just like your flight being late.
We always rent a car, so I know nothing about the car services, but this seems a little harsh...I mean, gee, you stated you only had to wait 10.

It was just my opinion. Yes they do monitor your plane, I used them because they were supposed to meet you at baggage claim and my husband is not well and could have used help with the luggage. It is really no big deal, "I personally would not use them again." Again it is just my opinion, someone asked what I thought and I gave my opinion.

Andy and Fl Tours were great when we used them last Feb. He was waiting for us when our flight arrived and he actually was 15 mins. early picking us up at CBR. We've already boooked them again for our trip next Feb.
