Just back from a 6-night stay. Flew AirTran from Charlotte to Orlando, with 1 stop in Atlanta. Took Magical Express to-from MCO. Thanks to all in this forum for information about ME.
Magical Express -- very good experience. After deplaning in Orlando, followed easy directions to Magical Express check-in on the A-side of the terminal. We waited only a few minutes in line, where we were then directed to the line to wait for the bus to the Polynesian (which also made a stop at the Grand Floridian). Bus departed after only another 5 minutes or so. Driver was very courteous and knowledgeable. Comfortable motor coach ride, took about 40 minutes until drop off at Poly (first stop). Kids enjoyed the infomovie which they showed on the ride, which took up about 25 minutes or so. Arrived at Poly at around 2:30, checked in, went for a swim for a while. Back to the room at 5:00 to prepare for a 6:00 ADR, our luggage was waiting there for us. Night before departure, received time for ME departure the following day. Bus showed up one minute early, we boarded and departed within 5 minutes. Smooth ride to MCO, AirTran ticketing was first stop.
Had not flown AirTran before. All flights departed-arrived like clockwork, all bags arrived promptly, planes were clean and staff was friendly and attentive. We will fly AirTran again.
