If anyone started changing a dirty diaper in a food facility, I would get up, find a manager and report it and if the manager didn't do anything, I would complain to guest services. That is just outrageous.

I think it would be an issue for the Department of Health to know about if the manager didn't do anything about it. Yuck!!

I live in a tourism area and find that a lot of people on vacation have the attitude of " hey, it's vacation time we are free to do anything we want. Everyone will understand our lack of respect because we are tourists. Anyway we will never see these people again"

Very sad that people have lost the art of manners or have not been taught to respect thy neighbor. Nothing peeves me more than parents who let their kids run amok in public places just so they don't need to parent at the time. Last time my DD (20) and I were at Dis we saw many children out of control, kicking and screaming and parents just letting it happen instead of taking the child out of the situation and dealing with it.

That said I still have a great time and know that my children and I still use our manners in public daily and I am proud of them and the way they treat others.

While you will find examples of poor parenting anywhere, I'm always shocked and impressed with the number of examples of great and patient parents we run into in Disney and how many well behaved children there are.

We had a similar thing happen to us at Tony's in 2009. The table next to us, who we shared a bench with, had a toddler with a diaper you could smell through the whole meal. The family kept commenting how bad their kid's diaper smelled and at the end of the meal they changed him on the bench right next to me. DH is still scarred for life from the experience. He refuses to eat at Tony's because it gives him horrible smell flashbacks!

Eww!!! This is horrible. I can't believe this happened to you. I can't imagine much else worse. I don't blame your DH for not wanting to go back...maybe in some time, the trauma will lesson.
