Here are just a few that made our trip that much more enjoyable:
Whoever came up with the idea to spray your feet with antiperspirant (we used Arrid Ultra xxDry) is a genious! We were there for 10 days, sprayed our feet (silly as it may sound!) every day and not one blister the whole trip!
We brought a ziploc bag with blue ice and several frozen washcloths in our backpack everyday. It was wonderful for a quick cooloff in line for the rides or while watching a parade. You'd be amazed at how entertaining kids find a cold wet washcloth!
They were also great for cleaning up sticky popsicle messes!
We froze our water bottles every night before bed (We stayed at OKW and had a freezer.) We had ice cold water that was no trouble at all.
We found backpacks at Walmart that were a bit expensive but indispensable. They had pull up handles (like on rolling suitcases) so that we could either roll it or wear it as a backpack in the parks.
My husband wore cargo shorts and placed his wallet and our passes in a ziploc bag in one of those pockets and never lost a thing or got it wet on some of those infamous rides.
Kept a hand towel with us at all times. Amazing how many uses you can find for one!
Something to tie on your stroller is a very good idea and definitely helps you find it faster.
We found a bright red Mitsubishi Outlander at National's Emerald Aisle which turned out to be a real blessing in that we never had trouble finding our car in the parking lot!
Thanks all! We had a great vacation and appreciated all the tips!
