I'll try to answer any questions you may have. Here's where we ate:
1900 Park Fair - dinner - great characters, especially Drizella and Anatasia; food was okay - prime rib was good -everything else was just average
Akershus breakfast - picture with Belle in yellow dress; standard breakfast fare, delicious fruit, yummy cheesy potatoes, good character interaction. excellent service for drinks and hot plate refill.
Coral Reef - dinner - one of our favorites for food and atmosphere - kids enjoyed the fish and divers - DH had steak, I had fish - very good. Server started out great, got slow as they got busier.
Hollywood and Vine - lunch with characters - great character interaction - Goliath esp. came by a few times and "wrestled" with DS. Different chicken nuggets here - smaller, flatter - DS gobbled them up. I liked the flank steak, DH enjoyed the cornbread casserole thing. Good server, Linda. I was worried about this one as it had some very mixed reviews and complaints about the smell. Happy to report that there was no weird smell.
Crystal Palace - DH and DS ate here, so this isn't first hand. (I was w/a sick DD in the room). Food was good, but he said the lines were long and slow. His server actually grabbed a few things for him since he was solo with the 5 year old. Quick and good character interaction; DS liked the parade.
Mama Melrose's - dinner - very good! We had the wood-fired chicken and pasta. Yummy. DS gobbled the minestrone soup.
Boma - dinner and breakfast - both were good. Breakfast is more traditional than dinner. Enjoyed the salmon, prime rib, potatoes, coconut rice, fufu, zebra domes, bread pudding. The only thing I did not like was the watermelon rind salad.
Oh- almost forgot...
LeCellier - best TS meal of the trip. DH is still raving about it. Mushroom risotto filet, I had cheesecake for dessert, DH had creme brulee. Also shared a cheese soup. Breadsticks were yummy as ever. Great server, Lauren.
CS - enjoyed Cosmic Rays (can't go wrong here, can you?) and Earl of Sandwich (yummy!). Mara (AKL) turkey panini sandwich was also yummy and huge. DH and I shared this one.
