Stayed at VWL studio 4-30 to 5-3 and guess what? I had put some room #'s on my ressie sheet at check-in and I asked if any rooms didn't have a balcony other then 1st fl patios. CM said she thought all rooms had a balcony. I told her what room didn't and guess what? # 4533 studio is what they had assigned for us and I refused it . No problem they found 3 more for us , 2 dumpster views and 1 across the hall. I said no problem pick one and she gave us #3563 (pictures coming soon ) and it's a long walk to the outer limits of the resort. I told her we didn't care as long as it has a BALCONY. Room was a little bigger because it was an end unit and had 2 closets. View was just find , room was great.

We had one of those new toilets you sit on facing the water tank
so you can reach the toilet paper and by day 3 we had this new art perfected.

Now down by the poolside(quiet) were a lot of mayflies(I think) and they were really bugging everybody. They were everywhere.

Why can't MS put room 4533 ( no balcony)and the dumpster views on cash ressie list, why are they on our pts list?

On to BWV 5/3-5/9 did not get boardwalk view because of all the rooms out of service (11 month ressie) no problem had choice of 5th fl Luna pool ( not ready yet) or 4th fl Luna pool (ready then 10 am Sat) Took 4th fl. studio Room # 4062 balcony had solid wall and you had to stand to see over it ( pictures coming soon) We loved it , don't want it all the time but it was no problem.

No problems with this room either but DW says VWL studio(end unit) was bigger then this BWV studio.

Now I guess it was just LUCK but we got another one of those fancy new toilets at BWV you sit on facing the tank so you can reach the paper holder and you guess it we already perfected this new art at the VILLAS AT WL so we had NO PROPLEM

the weather was HOT! HOT! HOT! 90+

About the toilets, just a little bathroom humor. I just think they set the paper holders a little to far back that you have to be a contortionist to reach it. Therefore making it easier facing the tank, ha! ha!

Thanks for the post, and I really hope your pictures include some of the "new toilets you sit on facing the water tank so you can reach the toilet paper". I can't quite figure what that means!

Glad you got to chose a different room than 4533 - you'd think they'd offer a couple of points off per night for staying in that one.

Those are the infamous "love bugs". They don't really hurt you but they can get very disgusting when driving on the highway. Ever notice the windshield many Florida cars have on their front grills? I found out why one year driving down to Vero....literally scrapping bugs off the windshield and antenna. YUCK! Only had that happen on one trip and hope never to experience it again!

I'm glad you had a good trip and I'm intrigued to see a picture of this toilet. Llike Mrs. Snowgod, I'm not sure what you are describing. (DVC'ers must share more photos of bathrooms than anyone else in the world.)

And returning this "mourning" is too funny! Freudian slip of the keyboard?
