Just returned today from RP club level (5 night stay). VERY satisfied with all aspects of our trip. I thought the hotel was spectacular with it's Balinese theming and art. Check in was quick and smooth (Natasha was wonderful). Reserved club level for $139.00 fan club rate, and was given Loews perks without question (welcome wine, daily paper) and kids given shell necklaces and sand pails. Grade A kids cards issued without a problem, and they used them at every bar for soda, or tropical frozen drinks. Room was beautiful, although not enough drawers or storage space (but neither do DW moderate or some deluxe resorts), but adequate for our family of 4. Club level was AWESOME! Annette, Cheyenne, and Norma were wonderful - attentive and accommodating. Pool area was beautiful. Was NOT charged for self parking. I know others have had problems here, however our trip was trouble free. Would stay her again without question. FOTL was a godsend considering wait times ran up to 75 mins. for some attractions.
Any questions let me know.

Thanks for posting. It's good to hear that more people are enjoying their stay at the RP.

This is great news considering we'll be there in 27 days time!
Yee-ha! $139 is a great price too especially for club level. I am paying more than that for our water view room with tickets. So I might have to enquire about an upgrade.

PS. I see you got your Loews treats (good to see more consistancy in the TRs now) but did you enquire about a room upgrade or was the club level it?

PPS. Thanks for letting us know that things have got a lot better over the past month or two.

What kind of extras do you get at club level?? That price was great. How was the pool?? I heard there is no slide. Will it be fun for a 9 and 12 year old...thanks...amy

Club level is essentially Concierge at the RPR and HRH. Im not sure what they call it at the PBH. I am assuming it has all the features of regular Concierge service - bigger rooms with optional turndown service, concierge lounge with snacks served throughout the day etc.

I am looking to upgrade my RPR booking from Water view to Loews Business class or Concierge if available (usually it is not) however if the price is right I might do it anyway.

I am glad that all the problems are finally panning out over there.

PBH does not have concierge or Club anymore :(
The RP club level rooms are the same size as the other rooms.

Club level rooms are the same size as any other room in the resort. The only variation is either 2 queen beds or 1 king with a pull out couch. The only other available options are suites. One night Cheyenne from Club level showed us these (N-SYNC, Brittany Spears have stayed here). There are only a few on each floor. They have one huge main room with living room, dining room, kitchen and bath, with 2 regular rooms connecting on either side (one a king bedded room - the other a 2 queen room. The only exception was the Captains suite which was more opulant, with an additional siting/computer area, giant bathroom with freestanding shower, jacuzzi tub, double bowl sinks, and an exquisite master bedroom. I'd say the chances of an upgrade to these rooms would be maybe.....0. As far as an upgrade from pool view to club, I don't know since I booked club level for my $139.00. Honestly, for the service and amenities, I would be willing to paid much more. It was just THAT NICE!

Club level lounge provides ALL DAY - (6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soda, juice. From 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. fresh fruit, danish, pastry, bagels, muffins, toast, and all types of cold cereal. From 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. munchies (consisting of chips and salsa, fresh cut fruit, cheeses and crackers, and a different nightly dish, bean and beef with flour tortilla shells, or potstickers with mango sauce, etc.) Some were good, some just OK, however remember this is not meant to replace a meal. Unlimited beer and wine also (good stuff, not cheap). From 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. was milk and a variety of cookies. The service in the lounge was immpecable. We were never allowed to try and bring up our used dishes, they would always take them away, also fill our wine glasses without us asking, make the kids hot chocolate, whatever it took to make us feel special and welcome. Annette who is the head manager has worked all over the world, and her expertise shows in how you are treated by her staff.
There were 2 TVs in either end of the room, and the kids (or adults ) could choose from a library of DVDs to watch for free. Great for parents who want to relax while the kids watch a movie.

Club level rooms had robes, and automatic nightly turn down service, fresh towels, fresh ice in the buckets, and a little gift (magnets, key chains, shells) nightly. During the day housekeeping was excellent, our room was always done whenever we returned.

Pool area was fantastic, although no slide. Very tropical. They did have a childrens play area with water cannons, sprays etc. Pool was larger than HRH and was a bit deeper in some areas. 2 nice jacuzzis, ping pong table, shuffle board, and pool all for free. Nice relaxing 30's music playing softly throughout the resort. Would never waste my money on a cabana here though, very small and not worth the money.

Went to HRH for the day to use the pool and check out the resort (original ressies were for here, then changed to RP for the better price) and I was glad I didn't stay here. I know people love this resort, (so please don't shoot me) but it just wasn't for me. Music too loud and the decor too funky. My kids who are teens couldn't wait to leave and return to RP. Oh well, to each their own. Visited PBH and it was lovely.

Any other questions let me know.

Sounds like you had a wonderful trip! Thank You for sharing the many details:)

I posted a question about the pool area and you answered it here. I was wondering if they had an area for children...thanks:)
